Welcome to Shihan Martial Arts!

We operate a modern, contemporary facility in Walnut Grove. We have classes for ages 4 and above and at all skill levels. Our main focus, at all ages, is simple and effective self defence. Our students learn to do so from a variety of ranges and techniques.

The Chief Instructor and Owner of Shihan Martial Arts is Mr. Ian P. Spaa. Mr. Spaa started his martial arts journey in 1993. He currently holds a Fourth Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo from the World Traditional Taekwondo Union. He also has a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
